New Beauty Products I Love!

Hey guys! It's Madison! This past Wednesday, the 29th of October, I had surgery on my right foot. It was called: Lateral Column Lengthening. &. Gastrocnemius Recession.
They were basically reconstructing part of my foot. I will be going back for the left foot in January.
I have received many gifts over the past few days with many beauty products. I have to admit, I LOVE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!!! So since I love them so much and they are so amazing, I am going to share them with you.

1.  The first product is a lotion named "Into the Wild" by Bath & Body Works.

2. This is a nail polish that has a Mermaid color scheme. It is a teal/turquoise color that I am in love with. I currently have it on my toes. It is a little more of a green blue than what shows up in the pictures. It is called "Tails of Love" by Finger Paints.

3. This is the most adorable bag ever! It is from Bath & Body Works. It says "I was born to sparkle!" It is a gold glitter bag that is the perfect makeup bag size.

4. Matching the gold bag, is a hand sanitizer key chain that says "Happy" on it. This is also from Bath & Body Works.

5. This is a pink nail polish by Pure Ice. It is called "Girly Girl". I love this color so much!!! I will be wearing way to much! (Thanks Ashley!!!)

6.This is a whole set of products. It is the "Warm Vanilla Sugar" scent. There is body wash, perfume, lotion, and hand sanitizer. This is now my signature scent! I can not express in words how much I freaking love this set!!!

Cute Fall Glitter Pumpkins

Hey guys! So it is fall, (yay!!!) And I wanted to do a cute, girly fall craft, so I chose glitter pumpkins.

·Get little tiny pumpkin
·Get glitter duct tape.
·Cut duct tape into thin strips.
·Place glitter duct tape in the grooves (lines) of the pumpkin.

It is SUPER easy!!! I used the silver glitter, which I got from Wal-Mart. However, there are a TON of different colors of glitter duct tape to choose from of you want something different. It is a SUPER cute, easy, and cheap way to decorate. It is also a craft young kids can help with! I hope you liked it! -Madison

YouVersion Bible App

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/bible/id282935706?mt=8

The link above will take you to one of the best apps. It is called YouVersion. It is a Bible app. You can  search specific scriptures, select from hundreds of reading plans to do. You can highlight, create notes at a scripture. You can "friend" people you know to see what plans they are doing or completed, you can see their highlights as well.
It is an amazing app that I use daily. It has a reminder on it for the reading plans that it sends to your phone which keeps me accountable about reading scripture and my plan. If you don't have a smart phone, you can go to their web page at youversion.com    I love this app and hope you will check it out! -Madison

This is what it looks like. ^^^^

Grow Longer Eyelashes

Almost every girl has wanted longer, darker, or thicker eyelashes sometime in her life. If you have long, thick, or dark eyelashes, consider yourself SUPER lucky!!
(Do this after you have taken off your  makeup at night.)     One way to help your eyelashes grow is to take an old mascara wand & clean in really well. Next, take Vaseline® (The generic brands work just as well.) and apply it to the wand. Then, use the mascara wand like you normally would for mascara. Coat both lower and upper lashes. Go to bed. In the morning, wash your face as normal and do your makeup. You should be able to see results by doing this every night in less than a month!!! Hope you enjoy! -Madison

Favorite Nail Polishes!

Hey guys! I know we didn't do any "Back to School" posts. All three of us have been super busy this summer. Today I'm going to be showing y'all my top 4 nail polishes. *These are not in any specific order.*
My first one is by Sally Hansen (they have quality nail polishes! Highly reccomend their nail supplies!) it is from the "Hard as Nails" line and the color is "Love Rocks". It is a bright pink and my little brother gave it to me for Christmas 2013. So thanks bud!

My second one is by Ulta. This one and the previous nail polish you can see on my nails in my post on Christmas Day. So check that out if you want to see more of it! It is a mint color and is called "Mint Condition". The children's pastor at my church have it to me as a Christmas gift and a thank you for volunteering.

The third polish is ANOTHER Christmas present! It is by NYC and is in the "In a Minute" line. The color is 238 MoMa. I couldn't get a good picture of it so I'm very sorry! However, I'm sure I have used it in another post before. It is one I wear all the time.  So thanks to Ashley for getting it for me!

Last but not least is a nail polish by Mayblilline. It is the "Express Finish" line and is 60 second fast dry. Usually they don't last long but this one is amazing! It is the color "Speedy Hot Tamale" I wear this one all the time as well.

Glasses?! What?!

Hey guys! I'm sorry I don't post a lot. I'm not really FASHION OBSESSED like Maddie and Ashley;)
I just figured I should tell you I GOT GLASSES!!!! Annnddd I wanna know whatcha think about them! So comment and tell me!!

God's Love- the truth

And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39 NLT)•••••

••••••Just let that sink it a minute. We have all committed sins. We have all wronged God. Yet He STILL loves us! Think of every time you used His name in vain or went against God. It hurt Him. Yet He STILL loves us! It says, "nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God...." NOTHING! That's pretty amazing! Even if you screw up, even if you don't believe He does, He loves you! And NOTHING can separate you from His love!! No matter what you do! I love that no matter what, God is there waiting with open arms for you to run into them. Over the next few days, don't forget to thank God for His unfailing love.

A Message For Every Young Lady

A Message For Every Young Lady--

Don't compare yourself to anyone. You Are beautiful and amazing. You might not always feel that way, but trust me you are. God created you with a purpose only YOU can fill. God loves you, even if you don't believe He does or even doubt it. He has been apart of your life and had done so much for you! Sometimes you have to look for the miracles. They are not always right out in the open. They can be small things. Don't let anyone tell you who you are or what you can do but God. He is the only one who knows the plan for your life. You might hate what His plan is right now, but in the long run, you will be grateful. Don't forget, that you are beautiful in so many ways. But outward beauty isn't the most important thing. A pretty face is nothing if you have an ugly heart. You are an amazing person. Don't let anyone tell you differently!   -Madison

No Heat Wavestutorial

Hey so this is another hair tutorial involving rope braids. I guess I really like rope braids. Anyway, take damp hair and rope braid it. I did two braids; but you can do more if desired. (If you don't know how to rope braid, look at the post directly before this.) I would suggest to rope braid as far down as possible then tuck the "tail" into the ponytail holder. Next, SLEEP! Rope braids are very soft and don't disturb your sleep. In the morning, take out hair and style it or just leave it down. Add hairspray for longer lasting results. Hope you enjoy!

Rope Braid Bun- tutorial

Hey everyone! Today I will be doing a hair tutorial. First, gather all your hair to one side of your head. Then rope braid it. To rope braid, split your hair into two sections and twist bothe of them in the same direction. Hold the ends! Don't let go! Next, take the two twists an twist them together the OPPOSITE direction of the way you twisted them before. Once you have rope braided your hair, tie it off with a ponytail holder. Wrap your braid like you would with a normal bun. I did this hairstyle with my hair wet.  Hope you try out this hairstyle and enjoy!!

Minty Nails

Hey! Today I will be doing a nail tutorial

Nail Polish used:   Mint- Ulta "Mint Condition",  White- Sally Hansen 'Hard as Nails' "hard to get",  Gold- Sally Hansen "gold shimmer"
First, I painted all of my nails except for the nail I chose to be my accent nail The mint color. Next, I painted my accent nail white. Once everything dried, I took a bobby pin, dipped one of the ends into the gold nail polish, and used it to make lines across the white nail. Finally, I put a clear coat on top of all my nails. This is a super easy, super cute, nail design that I gt compliments on ALL the time! Hope you like it and try it out! If you have any suggestions for a post, please comment! We would love to hear your input!

Happy Independence Day!!

Hey everyone! Today is the 4th of July! Yesterday all three of us girls got together with our whole families for a party. It was so much fun! Afterwards we went and watched fireworks. At the end of the show the cart blew up. Harley and Ashley were so close they could feel the heat. (No one was hurt!)
Today I am going to show you what I am wearing, my nails, and my hair.  Let's start with the outfit. Here is the picture:
* I am standing on the stool so I could get .the whole dress in the picture.*.  The dress is actually Ashley's! She let me borrow it for a while. (Thanks ash! I LOVE it!) the dress is super comfy and modest. Ashley bought it at Ross®. It showed my tank top and bra straps so I put a button up white shirt over it. --
    Now for my hair.
I parted my hair farther to the left side than normal. Then, I started twisting at the hair on the right side of my part. Each time I twisted, I added more hair. (Almost like the French Twist w/ Braid video on our YouTube.).  Once all the hair on that side was twisted back to the middle of my head, I pulled the rest of my hair up with it and tied it with a ponytail holder. --
   Nails:
I used Elf red nail polish, Fergie Wet n Wild clear coat as a base and top coat. Then I used Kiss nail art paint(which has a thin brush) for the navy blue. For the silver I actually used sharpie. {FYI- sharpie comes off with nail polish removal so it works great if you don't have a nail pen. ;) }
---   Hope you liked this post! If you have any ideas or requests please comment! We would love to hear from you!

Power in the Word, "No"

For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, (Titus 2:11, 12 NIV)

If we truly have God's grace and have accepted it, it should be a pleasure, an honor, a form of worship even, to say "No" to worldly behaviors, actions, & desires.
When we do, people will ask themselves; "Why did they say 'no'. What is their reasoning behind that answer?" Sooner or later they will want answers.

~that simple word "No" could lead someone to Christ, or expose them to Jesus~

      {there is some serious power in the word "no"}
