how to do a cute nail design

To do this design paint a layer of any color on your nail, Then once th polish dries, take thin pieces of tape (i just cut tape) then put them on your nail. Next, paint a different color on top. Once the paint dries take the tape off and ta-da! Hope you enjoy! :D
