Peace of God - Devotional

15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. (Colossians 3:15 NIV)

I think it is so amazing that God loves us and will do anything for what is best for us. Notice I said "what is best for us" not "what we want" or "what we think God wants for us" Jesus loves us so abundantly that He wants the best. Even if it makes us mad at the time, He knows that it wil better and that we will be grateful for it down the road. So in the scripture above, it says "Let the peace of God RULE in your hearts." What I take away from this verse might not be what you take away. But, I think it is saying that when we get angry, frustrated, hurt, sad, or even happy. We need to call in The Lord and ask Him to place His peace in our hearts. I capitalized RULE because I believe we should try to live and do everything with the peace of God. The peace of God is so amazing! Obviously we will mess up, but with God's help we will accomplish much! Before I end, I want to leave one more scripture. John 14:27 - peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubles and do not be afraid.Thanks so much!! -Madison

SUMMER

Summers already here! Last year i found this really cheap swimsuit online! I had so many complements on my swimsuit last year. it was a blue, one piece swimsuit with ruffles at the bottom, and a flower on the shoulder. they don't have it any more, but, if you are still looking for a swimsuit i really recommend this place! Remington CI95AC2 Pearl Ceramic Professional Curling Wand

Okay, I got this hair curler a while ago an never even thought about blogging about it until today when I did my hair. It is only $19.99 at Walmart!! Which is super cheap compared to other brands, however it works just as well! Different to normal hair curlers, you wrap pieces of hair AROUND it. It is very easy and literally heats up to 410 degrees Fahrenheit in 30 seconds! You can control the temp on it. My hair is naturally as straight as hair can get. People ask me if I flat iron it! I answer, " No!". And normally my hair won't hold a curl. However, this curler will! It stays! Which is crazy considering my hair type!! Worth every penny!! Here are some pics to follow!! Twisty Bun

Ok so isn't this just so cute!? First, split hair into two sections. Start at the top of your head on the left side, and begin twisting, collecting more hair with each twist. Once all the hair on the left section is twisted, make it into a bun. It is okay if it's not very large. Next, do the same with the other side, but wrap the twist around the other bun. My Eye Make-up

Hey guys! Yes, I know it's been so long since we have posted. I personally have been super busy training for my black belt test. Which was on April 19, 2014!!

So anyway, these are the make up products I used for my eyes: Makeover Essentials eyeshadow and black eyeliner, L'oreal Voluminous Original mascara. First, I put the pinkish color all over my eyelid. Next, I put the brown color above/overlapping at the top, around and at the bottom. Then, I blended it together. Eyeliner: I started really thin, then gradually got thicker. I don't want it too think however, because I like the natural look. I used regular white eyeshadow on my bottom eyelid instead of eyeliner. It makes your eyes pop and look larger.
